Refund policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions.

A sale invoice or online order number must be provided for any refund or exchange request.

Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable if the product has been used, damaged, returned without its original packaging and tags, or if proof of purchase is not provided.

For exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

As per our courier partner's policy, customers may open and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it.
