Peshawari Chappal Price in Pakistan: What You Pay For

One of the first things people ask us is simple: how much does a good Peshawari chappal cost in Pakistan, and why does one pair cost twice as much as another? It is a fair question. From the outside, two chappals can look almost the same. The difference is in the leather, the sole, the insole and the hours of handwork, and you feel all of it after a month of wearing them. Here is what you pay for, using our own prices so nothing is guesswork.
Our prices at a glance
These are the prices for sizes 40 to 46, with free delivery anywhere in Pakistan and cash on delivery included:
- Rs 4,450: Raw Black and Raw Cedar, our Baaz Essentials. Genuine cow leather, a simple foam padded insole and a durable rubber sole.
- Rs 6,950: Burnt Cedar and Charred Cedar, The Cedar Pair. High chrome leather with a soft sheen, a dotted memory foam insole and a lightweight rubber sole.
- Rs 7,550: Graphite Grace. Grey cowhide suede on the thick tyre and cork sole, with a dotted memory foam insole.
- Rs 8,450: Old Money Black, Old Money Brown and Heritage Chestnut. High chrome leather on a medium tyre and cork sole, dotted memory foam insole.
- Rs 8,990: Midnight Legacy and Old Grain. Leather on a stitched EVA foam sole, dotted memory foam insole.
- Rs 9,450: our cowhide suede pairs: Signature Black, Coco Dune and Autumn Dune Air on EVA foam, Harbour Dune on a medium sole and Autumn Dune on the thick sole.
Now let us look at what moves a pair up or down that list.
1. The leather
Leather is the biggest part of the story. Our Essentials pairs use plain genuine cow leather with a clean, polished finish. It is honest leather that softens with wear, and it is why we can offer a real handmade pair at Rs 4,450.
Higher up, most of our leather pairs use high chrome cowhide. It is still cow leather, with a finish that gives it a soft sheen, not matte and not high gloss. If you want to understand the difference properly, our article Cow Leather or High Chrome? explains it in plain words.
Suede sits at the top of our range. It is the soft, velvety side of cowhide, it takes colour beautifully, and it needs careful cutting and stitching so the nap looks even across the whole pair. All our suede pairs are together in Suede Peshawari Chappals.
2. The sole
The sole decides how a chappal feels on your feet all day, and it is a big part of the price.
- Simple rubber sole: strong and grippy, the sole on our Essentials and Cedar pairs.
- Tyre and cork sole: a cork sheet with rubber underneath. The medium version is on Old Money, Heritage Chestnut and Harbour Dune. The thick, raised version gives Autumn Dune and Graphite Grace their bold look. See them in Chunky Sole Chappals.
- Stitched EVA foam sole: light and cushioned, and stitched on rather than only glued. Coco Dune and Autumn Dune Air weigh only 300 to 350 g per chappal. See Lightweight Peshawari Chappals.
Our guide to Peshawari chappal soles goes through each one, including which to pick for long days on your feet.
3. The insole
This is the part nobody sees in a photo. Our Essentials pairs have a simple foam padded insole, which is comfortable for everyday wear. Almost every other pair has a dotted memory foam insole that shapes itself to your foot. If you walk a lot, stand for long hours or have had chappals that hurt before, this is money well spent.
4. The handwork
Every Baaz pair is handmade by artisans in KP. The leather is cut, stitched and finished by hand, one pair at a time. A pair with more detailed stitching or a more complicated sole takes longer to make, and that time is part of the price.

What is included in every price
The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan, you pay cash when your chappals arrive, and if the size is wrong you have 15 days to exchange the pair.
What about big sizes?
If you need size 47 to 50, our Big and Tall pairs are made to order. Most cost the same as the regular version, a few are priced differently, so check the price on each pair's page before you order.
Which price is right for you?
- A good everyday pair without spending much: Raw Black or Raw Cedar at Rs 4,450.
- A leather pair with a cleaner, modern look: the Cedar Pair at Rs 6,950.
- A pair for Eid, a wedding or the office: Old Money Black or Heritage Chestnut at Rs 8,450, or browse Premium.
- A very light pair for long days: Coco Dune or Autumn Dune Air at Rs 9,450.
A Peshawari chappal is one of those things where paying a little more once often costs less than buying a cheap pair every season. Whatever your budget, buy the pair that fits your feet and your days. You can see every pair and price in Shop All, and if you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
